Bernadette McKeown

Realtor

Hi, I’m Bernadette! I’m a California transplant that didn’t plan on staying, but the “small town” feel (still
with great restaurants) and the slower pace of life caught my attention. Meeting my husband may
have had something to do with it! I’ve lived in Tri-Cities for 10 years and now it’s just home. I grew up
in a military family and moving often, I learned early on how important roots, stability, connection and
belonging truly are. That experience has shaped my desire to help families find not just a house, but a
place to truly call home. To me, home is more than four walls and a roof — it’s your sanctuary. It’s
where your story unfolds, your family grows, and cherished moments are created.
Before stepping into real estate, I’ve worked in the hospitality industry and in education. I’ve been
teaching for the last seven years. Both professions have helped me develop the patience,
communication skills, and compassion needed to give the steady guidance that now defines my
approach as a realtor. Though I’m newer to the real estate industry, I’m seasoned in serving others
with a servant’s heart. Whether you are buying or selling, helping you achieve your goals is the
cornerstone of my business. I treat clients like family — if it matters to you, it matters to me. My goal
is to take the weight off your shoulders, do the heavy lifting, and allow you to focus on what matters
most as your next chapter begins. The process is a journey — one that can feel overwhelming at
times but doesn’t have to feel heavy. With a fresh perspective and diligent work ethic, I’m committed
to making the experience enjoyable for you while I handle the details behind the scenes.
Faith and family are at the center of everything I do. As I nurture my own, I want to help you care for
yours! I’m committed not only to achieving the ideal closing day, but to building lasting relationships
rooted in transparency, results, and a lighthearted approach that makes the journey memorable for
the right reasons. I don’t see my role as simply closing transactions — I aim to become the trusted,
go-to agent my clients are confident referring and genuinely excited to see around town. The journey
of buying your first home or selling the one you’ve lived in for the last fifteen years is a pivotal
adventure that I would be honored to go on, so take me with you and let’s get to work!
